Did you try to do a full restart of your phone? Turning location services on and off in the setting? If you've tried those enable developer options in your setting and then see if your location settings are not set to current position1 point

It's actually fairly random; we've used a set of coordinates near the spots where the oldest (i.e. first) players were active. But I am open to ideas, although it may not be a good idea to reveal the leader's position in case of haters!1 point
