  1. No problem, that will be fixed in the next version.
  2. That looks like a group of resources; i.e. not a single spot offering 2090 (that would be too much! ). I think that maybe the screen lagged and the group icon remained from when the camera was zoomed out (I've actually fixed this bug recently; all group markers will disappear correctly in the next version ). However, please let me know if you actually manage to pick that amount up (in which case you will be officially *the* luckiest person in the game)!
  3. Yup, that is actually extremely rare! The static 1% is for a big stack in general, but until today the largest I've seen myself was around 600 (similar to Ruvox's :)). So congratulations if you managed to get it!
  4. No problem; I've awarded you with one last free base move! Use it wisely!
  5. No problem! One thing that might help is the "Refer a friend" system we've added recently in 1.8.7: if you know anyone who's started playing before you did and "Scrap" their "Refer a friend" QR code you will get an exact amount of resources required to build an Assembly Plant. Alternatively, if you refer some friends yourself you will receive 200 Money and 5 Supplies when their base reaches level 3 and every time they establish a new base afterwards!
  6. There is no exponential growth in land size, everything is very much linear: one level adds +5m to the land radius. Accordingly, level 1 land has 5m radius, level 10 land - 50m radius. So let's review the formula! I think we can all agree that area of a circle is " πr2", right? Accordingly: Area of a land is "π x (land level x 5)2". The same formula applies to bases, as each base starts on a level 3 (15m radius) land and grows by +5m with each level. Country statistics is based on the cumulative total of these lands (and it doesn't matter in what order you add these totals - result doesn't change). Please let me know if you disagree though!
  7. That's actually why we've added the Assembly Plant! Have you constructed one yet? Once you do you will be able to extend your collection radius greatly via items & power-ups produced there every hour! Activating 10 Super Magnets, for instance, increases collection radius by 3,000 meters (which covers most medium-sized towns completely ).

    Main base

Sorry, that's not entirely correct! Land underneath your base does grow with each base level exactly in the same way all other lands grow when you upgrade them (i.e. +1 base level = +5m radius). Additionally, base level determines the maximum amount of resources you can store (+1000 Money, +100 Supplies and +100 Personnel per level). Perhaps the difference of +10m isn't noticeable yet?
  9. "Scrap Items" was actually intended as a daily reward, as all charges reset in 24 hours. However, I'll have a think about anything else we might add (no promises though!).

    Item sorting

Yup, I know what you mean! I've adjusted default sorting in the Warehouse to be based on the item type (not date when the item was deposited). Please let me know if that helps!
  11. Yes, 5m radius means 10m diameter (the circle grows by +5m in all directions )!
  12. Does the land expand if you travel outside the base's inner circle and capture land then? Base only blocks capture within a 100m radius circle from its center, while any land underneath would be upgraded if you're within 500m from it. Travelling a bit further from the base may be easier than moving the base itself, as once you move your base you may discover that you no longer have easy access to the Assembly Plant and the Warehouse. Although if you're 100% sure that you don't want your base in that location (and will not need to access the Assembly Plant and the Warehouse there - please consider this carefully!) - I am happy to provide you with 1 last base move (but that would be it; no more free do overs after that! ).
  13. P.S. I just realized what scenario you're referring to; a friend whom you want to refer not having enough charges to scan your referral QR (i.e. just to see the "Scrap Items" button). Ah! Well, in that case you can still scan *their* QR code (i.e. the other way round) and they'd still be considered as referred by yourself simply because your account is older. I think a scenario where a new player has already exhausted all of their charges before scanning the code that invited them is generally quite low! Will give it some more thought though!
  14. You can always refer new players even if you have no scrap charges left! Scrap charges are only used when you've already referred that player and are trying to scan their QR code again (like a regular bar code). Referrals are fully unlimited though. In regard to the list: we'll discuss it and see if that can be added in one of the future updates.
  15. Hi all, Watch out for version 1.8.7 on the Play Store (and a bit later this week on the App Store; hopefully tomorrow!), which introduces the "Refer a Friend" facility; a new item on the side menu. This window contains a QR code unique to each player, which can be scanned using the "Scrap Items" facility. When you do that with a new player (it doesn't matter who scans whose QR code; player with with the oldest account is considered to be the party referring another player) they will be awarded with a "starting bonus pack" that includes 300 Money and 30 Supplies - the exact amount required to construct an Assembly Plant, possibly the most helpful building in the beginning. The referring party doesn't receive a reward straight away, but will receive 200 Money and 5 Supplies every time any of the referred players establishes a new non-primary base or whenever their primary base reaches level 3. Please note that you can post your unique QR code online: any new player who "Scraps" a picture of it will be considered as referred by yourself (receiving the appropriate referral rewards mentioned above). You can only be referred once, but even if you or another player is already referred you can still "Scrap" someone else's QR code every 24 hours: referral QRs are considered to be "super barcodes" that award x5 more resources than the usual barcodes (with a 5% chance to receive an item or a lot more resources than that!). However, non-referral scrapping of another player's QR code only works when you do it using their real device located in proximity to yours. If you attempt to scrap someone's QR code shared online for referral purposes and that player's device isn't located close to yourself you will not gain any special bonuses and the scrapping charge will be wasted, awarding regular low-level rewards of a fake bar code. As always, please post if you have any questions or feedback!
  16. Yup, I agree completely that this feature is needed; I believe I've already promised it in another thread elsewhere. So it's in the list!

    Binoculars

It's actually fairly random; we've used a set of coordinates near the spots where the oldest (i.e. first) players were active. But I am open to ideas, although it may not be a good idea to reveal the leader's position in case of haters!
  18. There is no way to trade resources directly, as that defeats the purpose of the game: Domination's objective is to enable travel and real world exploration, not to advance via social aspects and powerful allies that allow achieving the same results without having to get up from your sofa. But as Ruvox correctly pointed out, cooperative gameplay is encouraged and you will share everything that your allies find in your area.
  19. We are working on an in-game referral system, so there will definitely be a way to gain some bonus resources for referring friends. However, I'm afraid it won't be possible to receive Unobtainium: considering that there's no other reliable "free" way to get it this would shift the game focus towards that activity and devalue the purchase of Unobtainium. And as much as we'd like to make everything 100% free, it is *really* expensive to run a game like this and we'll simply go bankrupt if the sales stop! What happened to your base though, why do you need it moved again?
  20. See below! Our next planned event is Christmas (as that holiday and its international alternatives are celebrated globally); I don't know what that will entail yet I'm afraid, so keep an eye out on the news. Halloween 2017 rewarded random amounts of Unobtainium (as it was possible to receive that resource directly from scrapping; so the amount depended on your efforts! ), plus someone won 30 units via the photo contest. In total we've given away a few hundred units on Halloween!
  21. P.S. Completely forgot to mention! Unlike lands, bases have a really high level cap and can expand up to the radius seen when you zoom out the map and see their attack radius. So if you capture plenty of lands you will end up having one huge territory with a 100km radius!
  22. There's a maximum level for each land (100) as the world is split in a "grid" consisting of tiles with a 500m radius; these tiles are used in many elements of game mechanics (target acquisition, distance calculation, identification of lands in the immediate vicinity etc.) and having the ability to expand one land beyond that tile size leads to collisions and lots of confusion from the game logic perspective. If we followed that path the game would either become imbalanced or require a ton of expensive hardware to run; it's a very CPU demanding task to calculate all objects positioned on a piece of land in real world (just because the world is indeed quite large :)). However, as I mentioned in the other thread, we are reviewing the possibility to merge maximum level lands and unite them into larger shapes.

    Alliances

@The one true king is correct, but you can invite each member of a group individually and that would have the same effect (all members of the alliance will share resources etc.). Binoculars show general country statistics (such as total lands captured by all players) and some information about the leader (not just the leader).
  24. Hi! You don't see the very first base of any player unless they attack you, but you can see all of their lands in a 5km radius around your current position (or around your captured land if you tap on it and then tap again on its description to re-focus the camera). If there are no lands visible within that radius then it's quite possible that there are no players active nearby yet! Unfortunately, we can't display all lands of all players across the world at the same time as that would require an enormous amount of memory that no device has; the game would simply crash!
