  2. If I remember correctly, resource stations should stay for 7 days (168 hours). But it seems like the timer is only able to display 99:99:99 at maximum therefore some players get the feeling of a resetting timer since it counts down from whatever to 00:00:00 and then from 99:99:99 to 00:00:00 because it cant display more. It is a little bit guessing but I've noticed this "resetting" for a few times now. Is this on purpose ? Are you @Mr. D aware of that ? Or is there really something like a magic reset function resetting the timer at random ?

    Building sorting

    This feels indeed much better, thank you. I know that might be difficult since it is different from your internal identifiers but maybe an order sorted by the most usage of a building would be even more helpful. I think only a few player have used their base tower but it is the second building in order (of clickable buildings). For me it would be something like Tracking Sattelite > Assembly Plant > Warehouse > Baracks > Guard Tower
  4. When you click on any land the information panel shows up containing information about the land itself, the landowner and one building. If there is only a sandbagwall on the land it will show the wall with level and its defence score. If there is a guard tower it will show the tower and its level. If there are both buildings it will only show the guard tower and its level. So one feature of the guard tower seems to be that it hides the defence score of a piece of land. Is this the idea behind that? Attacking enemy land with for example a level one tower and therefore an unknown defence score? Adding the defence score of a piece of land in general might be helpful or if it is planned how about a spy to analyse the defence of an enemy land ?

    Building sorting

    When you build your first base and then build all the buildings for it you get pretty fast used to the way the buildings are ordered within each bases menu under the "my lands" tab. I just noticed when building my second base and then all the buildings for that base, that the buildings of my second base are ordered differently. This can be a little bit confusing because if you for example always scrolled down for the assembly plant you do it intentionally at your second base as well. How about having a constant building sorting for all bases under my land. Or let the player decide the order afterwards. Or sort all the buildings of further buildings the way it is at your first.

    deleting items

    Now that we are no longer able to activate items within our base radius, how about being able to remove items from the warehouse. I often am stuck with for example 20 bullhorns but do not really have a need for them and would like to have super magnets instead. My workaround is to leave the radius of my base with 10 bullhorns, activate them, return to my base, wait for 30 minutes and do the same again. I know that domination is about going outside, traveling and exploring the world but the ability to remove items to make new other useful ones from at your base would be very nice. So you can go out and play domination with the items you need.
  7. To collect resources dropped on your captured land without actually going there physically, you need the "Tracking sattelite" it's a building for your base and can be activated under "my lands" as soon as you successfully constructed it under "construction" and your base
  8. Yesterday I build my second base and also a tracking sattelite for it. But everytime I try to use the tracking sattelite of the second base, only the following error message appears. What does that mean?
  9. Hey, I just encountered an error message while being in the train. I totally understand that the GPS is not accurate enough and or the anti cheat protection is stopping me from capturing land. But I get the same error message no matter if I try to capture land or try to collect resources. Maybe Introduce a second error message like " You can not collect resources on this location! Please move to another spot or try again later!" for this. Additionally, what does the toast say to me and am I supposed to get this toast? I looks pretty much like an intern message.
  10. The formula for the area of a circle is Pi*r^2. A = 500^2 * Pi = 785398.163397. One kilometer^2 contains 1000000 meters^2. So a circle with the radius of 500 meters has 0.785 km^2
  11. Maybe this belongs somehow to Antkeepers problem. When I am listening to music on my phone and then play domination, as soon as I will do any action using sound it will stop my music app, even if the sound is at 0% in the profile.
  12. I also know the problems with the cheaters from ingress but I also remember how niantic handled somethings really baldy. They sometimes blocked or banned people for not very clear reasons. I am just a little bit afraid of your list because my GPS is sometimes not the best resulting in the "...waiting for location" message while trying to scrap items (I already mentioned this in another post) but also ends up with the "Oops! This location cannot be captured, please move to another spot and try again" message you mentioned sometimes. This happens quiet often after some GPS drifts for example when I enter a building and restart the game afterwards. Concerning this your list of "cheaters" might fill up with people who have a bad GPS-chip quickly. I like your game very much and hope it won't get destroyed by cheaters, I also appreciate that you record those things to prevent people from cheating. It is just my entreaty to you to stay fair as you are and when banning people from domination please state clearly why you do this.
  13. I am experiencing something similar quite often. The game starts I collect resources or something like that and then I want to scrap items and press the "scrap item" button, then I scan the barcode and the normal screen comes back but the counter stays at the same number of remaining scrap attempts and I do not get any resources either. After waiting a few seconds a toast will show app saying: "waiting for location...". However, when I restart the game and go then directly to the scrap items screen everything will work fine.
  14. That is basically the idea behind that. Semi-permanent resource stations disappear after a period of time. But new will spawn from time to time (with a very high chance when you level up your base or build a new one). This pretends "older" players owning all resource sources. Additionally, it helps balancing and keep the game dynamic (Everyone could be the first one to see and capture a station). Imho first come first serve thus having a big advantage for the rest of the game would not really match the idea behind the game. There is already a bonus beginners get for scanning the QR-code of the person who referred them (Or the other way around), there is a seed funding for building your first base, new players will find useful hint under the yellow "i" button and they have nearly the same chances of acquiring new resources. Excited to hear what you would wish in addition to help new players. Having more possible buildings or even vehicles for the army to build would indeed be a very nice idea to improve domination.
  15. Let me explain why I think my suggestion would make sence. Imagine you are visiting a theme park or zoo or something similar near to you where you had to pay to enter. You capture one land within the park but also on the streets around it. Later you could always be able to go to this park and upgrade the land around it. At one point all your land around it would be at level 100. You are less than 500 meters away of the captured piece of land within the park but you will never be able to upgrade it (because the land around it might be nearer) unless you pay to enter the park and upgrade it from within. I think situations like this could be problematic but I have indeed no idea how to solve this properly or even if there is a need to solve this.
  16. I don't think that this would be a good idea. When I look at my own land and imagine I could upgrade everything remotely, I would capture my whole city and surroundings within a few days. With new players joining the game constantly this would give them very little chance of challenging the "older" players. Something like that should if realized be very expensive concerning that it is somehow against the games spirit (walking around and explore your surroundings). So, one would only use it for very remote locations he might never get to again. The only thing I would suggest in this direction would be to be able to choose which land to upgrade within the known 500 meter radius but not only your nearest land thus having farther to move close to your lands to upgrade them.

    Multiple bases

    Look at the yellow "i" button in the game, there you will find some usefull tutorial hints. It is possible to build additional bases 100km away from your other base(es). Land there or closer to this base, will be linked to that base.
  18. I can escape the warehouse or the detail page of buildings using the "back" button. But when I klick on "mobilise army" or "collect resources" under "my land" I cant escape the pop up menus with the back button, instead I have to tap left, right, above or under the pop up to close it. Can you make it possible to close them using the back button? I don't know why, but I am pretty used to the back button to close or escape the most things.
  19. You are welcome. To be honest, I never saw such big amount of gold. My biggest cath so far was 660 gold. You seem to be lucky

As you can see in the app under the round yellow "i" button: "Money appears almost everywhere in the world" "Supplies appear mostly outside of cities and villages" "Personnel mostly appears inside cities, towns and villages" Every time you capture land, new resources will spawn around you. The chance for big stacks of resources always stays at 1%
  21. This is possibel since version 1.5, see Mr. D's post here: "1% chance of "supersized" resources appearing on the map containing unusually large amounts.Each "supersized" resource will appear as a big icon on the map and contain at least x10 more resource on average."

    It always bothers me a little when I am trying to watch my amount of items that they are sorted in the inventory but mixed up in the warehouse. With warehouse 3 ist is a storage of 30 items which always leed to me counting how many I have of wich kind.

    Binoculars

    Is there any rule, where the binocular for the country stats is located? I just became the country leader of Germany and wondered, why the binocular ist close to the border to Czech Republic. (I hoped somehow it would be at the country leaders position) It seems to be very often at the capital of the country but here it is far from Berlin. This is not important in any way, I just wondered if there is a rule behind it. Maybe the place with the most captured land in total per country ?
  25. At the moment this is only possible if you are the country leader. But you can also see the total amount of m² captured in your country. If you have too much time you could just calculate your total amount, every land gains 5 meters in radius per level and lands are perfect circles. But I would also like to have a feature like this
