Failed to get resource

I found a 300 stack supply resource but didn't get it when I picked it up. That and a gold stack disappeared I was using a super magnet at the time.

Well, usually that means that someone else managed to pick it up before you did.
Earth View map refreshes whenever you press any of the buttons (e.g. "Capture Land" or "Pick up Resources") or switch tabs back and forth, but if you continuously keep the map open the resources seen on it may be already gone by the time you pick them up.

Are there any other players in your area (not necessarily right next to your base, as others may also be using Super Magnets, especially if there's a super-stack of supplies at stake )?

Actually I have had simliar problems in my neighborhood, I get close to something and then when I attempt to gather it it disappears. Most of the time it just appears in my inventory oddly without a msg but at times it's just disappearing as if it had degenerated or something similar.

As far as I know, there's only 2 other players. Both new to the game. One I work with. I was the only one in the area, that I'm aware of anyway. I had just restarted the game, as I was having gps issues. It was only maybe 10 seconds old.

Could it be that you lost it because your inventory is full?

This is also another valid theory!

I will adjust the way resources are picked up in the next version and add a notification when your base's inventory is full (preventing collection in such cases, instead of the resource simply disappearing).

When i claim territorry the game say that i got resource but i don't get IT.

Do you want to tell me what i'm missing?

Ok, sounds like this issue is spreading!

Can you please try again and let me know if this is still happening to you?
Please also remember which resource and in what amount you were collecting so that I could find it in the logs.
