How long does it take for my army to resupply

So I'm trying to grind peacekeeping points by attacking a giant flock of force of terror bases near me because I uninstalled the game for a while. I'm also trying to get rid of them because they are a great annoyance to me. So I was just wondering how long it takes for my army to resupply because right after I get done attacking a base, I have to wait a given time for my army to resupply.

Hi!

Each base has a cooldown of 2 hours between attacks.
There should actually be a progress bar showing the amount of time remaining within the "Army Controls" window ("My Lands" -> round yellow button with an icon of "people" on it).
