Name Change Bug

I’m trying to change my land name to “New Lunar Republic”, but whenever I try to save it never registers. I’ve tried changing other settings as well, but those don’t go through either. Is there something I’m missing? Maybe the name is too long?

Has the name changed in Profile options, but not on actual lands? This happens, the new name take some to update on lands.

If the Profile options still show old name, please tell if the blue "saving" bar appears on the top of the screen after clicking "save".

The bar doesn’t appear at the top of the screen, and when I reload the game the settings are reset.

I've once had that problem. Never figured, were it some character or other rule. But changed the name to a simple one and then back again, though don't remember if identical.

Try this yourself. Change the name to something else, best if something simple like one word, no spaces or special characters.

Than, once successful, try again with your original desired name.

Other than that, you may try to "track" the desired name to check if it's not already taken, this also might be a problem.

It looks like it lets me change it to one word, but it still won’t let me change it if I add spaces.

Apologies for a delay in response!

It looks like "New Lunar Republic" is taken by another user, hence the game doesn't let you choose that title.
However, there does seem to be something wrong with the error message that's supposed to tell you that; I'll add it to my list of things to fix.

Oh okay, thanks. I tried “The New Lunar Republic”, and that seems to work.
