0 Mr. D Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 Sorry, but in normal circumstances when you're on a base you can only affect the base; you cannot capture a land within, so it wouldn't work the other way round too. However, if you leave the base (that inner green circle) and press "Capture" the nearest land (i.e. the one you're referring to) will get a point.
