Try to lower the FoT level of the attacking structures (not the army).  If you lower the FoT base to level 2, then it will be much easier to destroy it.  If you lower it to 1 lvl, then the FoT base will hide, but will continue to be active.

Going to the top today, I saw that the "support points" froze in place at the number 24. (I was flattered by the subscription almost from the very start of the game).  Perhaps there was a failure?  Does anyone have such a problem? (GT)
