Which circle is my land?

I know that my land increases by 5 or 10 meters every time i level up. But  is it the very small circle, the medium circle, or the very large circle that represents my land?

Each circle with a green flag is your land that grows.

Your base and the largest circle underneath it are also considered your territory, which secures resource stations and prevents other players from using it, but that land only grows when the associated base reaches next level (see level progress in "My Lands" window). 

And the small circle underneath your base represents the 100m radius that you have to leave to be considered "outside the base" (for the purpose of new land capture). And vice versa, while being inside that circle you can access base buildings such as Assembly Plant and Warehouse.
