Yup, once you reach a certain land level threshold you need to do pretty much what the tooltip says! Build a few sand bag walls on that land or a guard tower, then you can upgrade those to unlock more levels.

You are able to move your base for free once. You have to go to "My Land" and swipe your base to the right and then klick on the blue button "Move". Your base will then be replaced to your current position.

No specific reason other than the ability to reset things to the default state; otherwise it would be a manual task when needed. However, I'll see if we can keep the camera angle/zoom and just move it to where the action takes place when you hit collect/capture. Never thought I'd hear about a problem of too many resources over your lands! I'll have a think about what can be done, but this may not be as quick as the camera fix above (I have no idea where such filter controls would be located yet).

How do you try to open the message? As soon as I know, you get the message and can click on it, then the map will show up and mark the related position to the message.
