Base Movement Distances

I am considering adjusting the location of one or two of my bases and was wondering what the upper limit, if any, that there may be on such a move. For example, would it be possible to move a base more than 100 km away from its current location? Also, is it possible to move a base to within 100 km of another of my bases?

You can move it as far as you want and as many times as you want (but only the first time is free), but it can't be within another bases radius
