  1. Hi! I apologize for the confusing army targeting system; we are aware of the problem and there is a release planned very soon that should change the way army works and clarify things visually! However, it is possible that your enemy is indeed using an army to target everything in the 100km radius around them, which reaches a bunch of your lands in several different places: your army will defend these automatically if the "Defend surrounding lands" option is enabled! Does any of your bases in "My Lands" have its name highlighted in red (indicating an ongoing battle)? If yes, swipe its name to the right, tap "Army Controls" and select "Defence Status" - that should shed some light on the invading army and the number of your troops protecting these lands! If you have multiple bases, make sure to transfer your army to the base in red (the one that's being attacked). I hope that helps!
  2. There will be an official announcement in the News forum and in the game as soon as we know all the details! Don't worry, you will be notified in the same way as you get notifications for land capture and resource collection, so it will be hard to miss.
  3. Heya! Did you use an Apple device (e.g. an iPhone) and placed your purchase via the App Store? Or was it an Android phone (e.g. Samsung) and you've used Play Store? As soon as the order is processed by Apple (or Google for Play Store), Unobtainium immediately appears on your account (it rarely takes more than 10 seconds). However, I don't see any orders today for 60 Unobtainium in our App Store or Play Store accounts! Did you receive any confirmation emails from Apple/Google? If yes, can you please PM me the order number / reference number or anything else that's on that email? I'd be happy to help find the lost order and add the Unobtainium units to your account! If you didn't receive anything then it's possible that you haven't finished the order and haven't been charged yet!
  4. Circle around each flag (or building) is considered your land boundaries: e.g. if a resource appears within that circle then you will be able to collect it using the Tracking Satellite building. As for bases, each base has 3 circles: the really small one around it, which shows the radius you have to leave to be considered "outside" that base (when you're outside you can capture new lands, but cannot collect items from the warehouse, for example). The larger circle around your base is its actual land: enemy lands will receive damage if their lands are located within that circle, and you can collect resources located on that circle via the Tracking Satellite. And finally, if you zoom out Earth View *really* far you will see a huge 100km radius circle: that is an indicator of your army's reach - all lands within that radius are protected by your base's army and you have to leave that circle to establish new bases (two bases cannot co-exist closer than 100km to each other). I hope that makes sense!
  5. Ok, we've discussed this subject some more internally and decided that priority should be given to the lower level land when a maxed out land is present nearby: after all, 500m radius rule still applies and there's no real benefit from seeing that "Your land has reached maximum level" message every time. Targeting logic has been adjusted; @SebRut please let me know if you can upgrade your smaller nested lands now!
  6. Hi, That's not correct, anti-cheat is in place and we're constantly working on improving it. I can't provide you with the exact details about how it works (not to assist those trying to bypass it ), but if you see a message saying "Oops! This location cannot be captured, please move to another spot and try again" - that's the anti-cheat kicking in. Sometimes you may not be blocked straight away, but this activity is still being recorded from our end and the system composes a list of "cheaters" - we're still deciding what to do with some of them, but it doesn't mean we don't know they exist. Obviously, cheating in any form isn't appreciated, so I advise against using Fake GPS as everyone doing so will be caught eventually!
  7. 100km further, to be exact. Once you're outside that large circle (zoom out *really* far to see the entire country!) capture a new piece of land, upgrade it 4 times and it will transform into a new base automatically.
  8. Everything's fairly simple, it's 100 troops per base level.
  9. Nope, that is a correct observation. Yes, the combat side of things is yet to be optimized; there are lots of enhancements planned, but time is very limited and unforgiving. There will be a major combat update one of these days though!
  10. Ok, if you saw any of the messages I posted earlier - please ignore them, I was just talking to myself (asked some questions to which I found the answer shortly after ). You should be able to withdraw your offer now; please try again and let me know if it doesn't work!
  11. No problem! I'll run some tests too and see if there's anything we can add to make your life easier.
  12. That's a very good question, Eerienkah! If you stand right next to a resource you can collect it regardless of which land it's on (or if there's another land somewhere around, but it's not connected to that resource). Having thought about this, I think that it may be less confusing to leave things as they are and control which land you want to interact with yourself by moving closer to its center... However, any suggestions are also welcome! How would you prefer to manage the selection of nearby lands to be affected by upgrade/capture?
  13. Ah! Do you think you are closer to the level 100's center than to the smaller land's? Moving closer to the smaller land's center should help!
  14. Hi all, Another update just got released; this one is on our server, so no need to download any new apps - it is available straight away in all versions. From now on all Warehouses built on all bases are connected into one single "Warehouse Network", meaning that their storage space and maximum amount of items is shared. Depositing something on your base in London will make the same item available for retrieval from your base in New York, and vice versa. Their levels are also combined, meaning that a level 2 Warehouse in London and a level 3 Warehouse in New York give you a combined storage space for 50 items (20 + 30). Please note that you still need a warehouse on a base where the items are being produced if your inventory is full. Having a warehouse in London doesn't mean that you can produce items in New York (with no warehouse) when you have no space to carry those items! If that happens, you'll either need to build a warehouse in New York to join the "network", or go to London and produce items there. As always, please post if you have any questions or feedback!
  15. No worries, glad to hear everything's back to normal!
  16. Hi SebRut, That should be ok, as when one of your nested lands reaches level 100 your upgrades should start affecting the second one, and when that reaches level 100 as well both of them will merge resulting in one level 200 land. So just give it some time!
  17. It is the right place now, thank you.
  18. As stated in the announcement thread (1.9.1) no two lands of different players can co-exist on the same territory. You can either purchase your friend's land, sell yours or terminate the alliance and destroy the blocking land.
  19. 1.9.2 is live, please upgrade and let me know if you still experience the issue with map scrolling/zooming!
  20. Hi! No problem and thank you for updating the review! Yes indeed, we did our best to make all core content available for free and Unobtainium's there mostly for those who want to cut some corners or not go outside. It is impossible to use Unobtainium in combat as well, so in the end all fights should be pretty much equal! Make sure to check out the "Current Objective" window (the round "i" button on Earth View), as it can help understand most core elements of the game mechanics, but please do not hesitate to ask if something doesn't make sense!
  21. One base covers all the territory around it in a 100km radius (so all the lands within that radius are protected). To build a new base you have to leave that 100km radius circle (zoom out really far to see its extent!) and capture a land there, then upgrade it to level 5. Once you do that another base will appear in that location.
  22. Yup, there are lots of combat enhancements planned; time is our only limiting factor. Hopefully the next batch of app updates will be combat-focused!
  23. Please keep an eye out for version 1.9.2 which contains a fix to this problem: it is currently in review by Apple, but once they're done it will automatically become available on all devices.
  24. Yup! You can still capture smaller lands around that area, they only become part of the larger land when they reach 100. Sorry if I didn't explain it clearer last time!
  25. I've checked your lands and the only two potential candidates for merging I can see are in The Hague: one of your lands is level 100, another - level 72. Once level 72 becomes level 100 it will merge with the second level 100 land nearby (i.e. both lands have to be level 100 ). Please note that this doesn't work with bases: only regular lands can merge with each other!
