Green05
There is a personnel resource (1 personnel) in one of my lands, but it isn't being collected. The attached picture is a screenshot of that land. The personnel in question is encircled in blue.
Mr. D
Hmm... what button are you using to collect it? The small flag on that land's tooltip window (the blue one) or the big one that currently has a timer on it?
Green05
The small flag on the tooltip window. Usually, when a land levels up and its area expands this way, any resources now in its area are automatically captured. This is the first time it's happened to me. Green05
Hey, I just leveled up the land again and it was collected this time. I don't know what happened, but thanks anyway!
Mr. D
Awesome, no problem! Looks like the resource was just too close to the border and didn't get picked up as the land was too small. Let me know if that happens again though!
Joris
I have this same problem with the personnel whithin my borders too. I found out this is problem occurs with powerups too. Last week I used 10 Radio Transmitters to collect all the supply whithin the range of 1km. But it wouldn't pickup a supply that was 950 m from my location. Z3nd
If I remember from earlier conversations there is a bit of a pixelation of the circle near the edges and while it may look like a circle on the screen, items just inside the circle may actually be outside the border for the software. You sometimes have the opposite effect when you're trying to set up a new base just outside the range of your existing bases

You sometimes have the opposite effect when you're trying to set up a new base just outside the range of your existing bases I know, that happens too, but this was clearly different. It was completely inside the border, even on zooming in. It got resolved only when I leveled that land up a lot more.
