Hi all, A small server-side update has been released (no app downloads required), featuring a couple of adjustments: If the defending army is slain and some of your soldiers still haven't performed any action in the same round they will deal damage to the land and its structures straight away. I.e. it is no longer possible to prevent all land damage by mobilizing 1 soldier every round in a battle against a much larger army. For example, if I am attacked by 1,000 soldiers and only have 1 soldier defending my base, the initial attack wave will kill the defending soldier and the remaining damage will go straight into my walls (then attack structures, then land). It is no longer possible to perform remote strikes using Guard Towers, Missile Launchers and Nuclear Silos from a land that is currently being attacked by an army. You can still perform remote strikes from any other lands that are not being invaded right now. Additionally, some of you may have noticed that resource limits are a bit more strict now; collected resources will no longer "disappear" if you don't have enough space to store them. Instead, you will see a notification informing you about the reached storage limits and the resource will remain on the map, awaiting to be collected whenever your base reaches next level or you spend some of your savings. Same applies to the resource stations: if pressing "Collect Resources" button doesn't award you with resources due to your storage being full, resource collection cooldown will not begin and you can re-attempt that action as soon as some space is freed.   3. Me and @SebRut are/were on a trip today to build additional bases. We've encountered a few strange things which might be nice to change/improve. When you upgrade lands further than 100 km to your next base up to level 5 they concert into a new base. The sandbag walls get connected to that base. Other lands within the new bases reach but outside other bases reach do not count afterwards towards the base level steps. So this lands never scored any base levels(s). When the action radius of two or more bases overlap its always the first built one to attack enemy lands. So even if the enemy lands would stand right next to a new base which I've build in 100 km distance to my older base. I could only attack it with the old base. So in fact having more bases with overlapping radius does weaken them in some kind. The same thing goes with connected lands when I have a new base and want to level it up and am for example 20 km away from it and capture a new land but am just within the radius of an older base, the land will connect to the older base and level this up.

  7. So I have heard from 3 people that the timer seems to freeze sometime when you are out of the game, so that you have time left when you go back in. I had thought the timer was set to alert a minute or so but I have seen messages on the chat that it can be up to 10 minutes, and a friend of mine who's the new player mention he was having problems with it freezing. I plan to test it on my phone a few times to see if that's what's really not going on. I've not paid enough attention to it to date

  8. Hmmm i was thinking about this a bit... but at this point i do notice that for me it is also more fun to move and build a new base than grow my main one. The idea of building bases elsewhere is what is keeping me in the game. Having a big land is Nice, but even of it was half it's size i would not have to move around for resources... I think the growth of my biggest land has gone slower after i hit the 5km radius more or less

  9. As one of the high-level players, I don't see much issue with the current radius increase system. This isn't because of the resources I get; it's because of the nature of the game. Having more resources to collect doesn't matter much. My resources have been pegged for around a month now, but that hasn't helped me to continue to be a top player. The trick to 'winning' this game isn't collecting resources, it's consistency in grinding the capture button. Hitting that button every 15 minutes. My motivation to continue playing, right now(absent other endgame features), is to see how big I can get my land. The payoff when I get another land to 100, and see it merge with that big circle to make it even bigger, is why I've stuck with this game. That said, if there is going to be a change to the fundamental way the merge mechanic works, it should definitely be done while the game is small.

  10. Cool! By the way, there is an auto follow mode. Try long press on the yellow button in the upper right corner of Earth view: the button will change color and the camera will start following your blue dot!

  11. There are two views which might could get one little feature to make my life (and maybe the life of many other players) much more comfortable. The item/inventory view and the warehouse view. On both you have two sides inventory and active at the first and warehouse and inventory on the second. When you want to switch between both especially when you have for example 2 full warehouses (60 items) and are already down to the super magnets you had to scroll all the way up to switch to the inventory. If you have a full warehouse and 9/10 items in your inventory but want to load your inventory with ten super magnets you would do this ten times and you had to scroll far more for every additional warehouse you have. Switching between warehouse and inventory by swiping left or right would make everything much easier. This would also be nice for inventory and active items but its not that dramatic there because of the 10 items cap.
