  1. If your illustration is accurate then your attempts to capture land are actually correct! As soon as you're outside the "green" circle you should be able to capture new lands. Perhaps there was a GPS lag and your new position didn't register...? I'll run some tests myself and see if I can reproduce the problem (if yes, this will be fixed!), but in the meantime I recommend rebooting your phone, just in case the GPS chip is frozen!
  2. I feel like this question has appeared in far too many places already. I've responded in the following thread: Extraction teams are actually what the Tracking Satellite unlocks. However, we feel that right now it's not being as useful as it could be, so there will be an update in the future that changes the way this satellite works. I think it will be somewhat similar to what you're proposing! As for ports, aerial bases etc. - I've mentioned in the past that I like that idea, but it is a fairly large expansion. We'll definitely do it, just not this week!
  3. Awesome! Yes, the uppermost row in "My Lands" and "Construction" is the nearest land, regardless of its size (as you can build on both the maxed out lands and the smaller ones).
  4. Wow, that looks like a mess! Sorry! I will investigate, as I don't think this is related to our translation issues!
  5. Right! I think I've tried all possible scenarios and I'm afraid I can't reproduce your problem! Whenever I have lands of level greater or equal to 100 and smaller lands below 100, the nearest smaller land gets picked first (regardless of how close the level 100+ lands are). My only theory is that your smaller lands are located further away than 500m from yourself (so they aren't picked up at all), as there doesn't seem to be a way to target a 100+ level land whenever there's anything smaller in the 500m radius. If you're still experiencing the same issue, can you please upload a screenshot of your land layout?
  6. That's correct, base attack radius is 100km (the large circle appearing when you zoom out Earth View really far). You will see all enemy lands located within that radius (and bases, if you fought that player within last 24 hours) via the tracking facility, or all lands around your current position in a 5km radius. If you tap on a tracked player and nothing changes this means that they have no lands within 100km from your base (it may be a good idea to travel around a bit and establish more bases!). I realize that it's harder for you to find enemies now, but we're working on adding more features to help with that area. We can't go back to the old system as it was too easy to wipe out someone on the opposite end of the globe previously; many of our players left the game as they've lost everything due to a "bulk attack" by a few of our veteran players with thousands of soldiers. So enjoy the solitude while it's there and prepare your army for when the neighbours are closer! Unfortunately, until yesterday we've had a slight bug in our system which didn't consider certain lands in the total area calculation. We've fixed that, so the system is now going through all available lands and adding them all up to make sure nothing's skipped: it's entirely possible that someone's total area would jump up! I'm not going to reveal all lands of this player, but they do have at least one land of level 87 (435m radius). Please feel free to check my math, but that land alone is approx. 594 sq. km (so 775 sq. km doesn't sound too far fetched)! Attacks of Guard Tower, Missile Launcher and Nuclear Silo target everything around them (you can't pick one target manually) and destroy defensive structures and levels. However, once everything is destroyed and the land level is reduced to 1 there's nothing else these buildings can do. They also cannot kill anyone from the army stationed on a base. Armies are also capable of destroying defensive structures, but they do it a lot slower: e.g. it only takes a couple of missiles to bring down a concrete wall (which can be done in less than 15 minutes), but an army would need at least 10 rounds (100 minutes) to remove a wall of level 1. But once there are no defences and no defending army in place, an army will capture a level 1 land and link it to your base (i.e. taking over the territory). And of course, army attack is the only way to slay another player's army. I hope that helps! You can, but you won't be able to do it straight from your base anymore and you would need to accumulate enough magnets first. But I agree, perhaps certain items should have a stacking limits between themselves. We'll keep observing this situation and if the same "lazy" patterns continue we will of course come up with a different solution. Random resources will appear on their territory (it's not going to be a land devoid of all resources ), but they will appear from different triggers: other people playing nearby, your other lands growing, bases getting upgrades etc. You just won't get anything extra from trying to capture the maximum level land and seeing "Your land is at maximum possible level."
  7. Welcome to the community, Mclainj!
  8. Yes, thank you! That is weird, as it should be exactly the other way round: lands below 100 should be prioritized over those that can't be upgraded anymore. I'll investigate and fix this, thank you for the report!
  9. Sorry, I don't fully follow! Can you please elaborate with a step by step example? In regard to country stats: yeah, sorry, we've had to optimise the way this information is stored so it may take a while for all countries to refresh up to their original size!
  10. Hmm... usually the smaller land is expected to merge with a larger (i.e. older) land, so I'm not sure what happened in your scenario! I'll investigate.
  11. Yup, sorry, translation texts take a while to synchronise; they're separate from the app updates (all new texts should be in your app by tomorrow). But this message refers to my latest post: So the "NOT_BASE" message is actually supposed to say: "You cannot activate items so close to your base! Please leave the base territory and try again." or: "Нельзя активировать вещи, находясь так близко к базе! Пожалуйста, выйдите за пределы базы и попробуйте снова."

If you plan on doing it constantly then I'd suggest skipping the "unsubscribe" step! Subscriptions are there to do just that: help automate the recurring purchases. However, the Unobtainium price that you see for subscriptions is inclusive of the discount for the fact that it is actually a recurring subscription. In general, base price per 1 Unobtainium is approx. £0.50 (which is why the smallest one-off purchase of 30 Units costs £13.99). But because we're burning through our life savings to keep this game running (as maintaining a server cluster is anything but cheap!) we offer discounts to those who support this project regularly via means of subscribing (up to approx. £0.29 per 1 Unobtainium) as a way of saying "Thank you! You guys are awesome and what keeps Domination running!". But as you can imagine, we can't keep lowering prices for one-off Unobtainium purchases and sell it in smaller packages: first of all this will make it lose its value as Unobtainium becomes available for a much broader audience (which leads to a more "pay to win"-ish atmosphere in the game and that is considered detrimental), and secondly there's a greater risk of this whole operation going bankrupt as we will struggle to pay our bills. So I apologize, but we can't offer anything better than what you see on the Unobtainium purchase page!
  13. If I understand the question correctly - yes, the magnet bonus is added on top of your default collection radius: i.e. 50m default radius + 4.5km from 15 magnets (15x300). Update: unfortunately though, this is no longer possible since 1.10:
  14. Dear Players, Please upgrade to version 1.10 of Domination Earth on the Play/App Store ASAP - due to the introduction of new combat mechanics it will not be possible to attack enemies using your army anymore under the original version - a crucial part of the game right? Don’t fear though, it’s all to make Domination Earth more challenging and fun! Details of new gameplay and tactics here - take note! It is no longer possible to attack enemy lands "in bulk" using target lists from "My Lands. Instead, there is a new menu option on "Earth View" titled "Attack Land", which works similarly to "Trade Land": after you select it simply tap on any visible enemy land and an army from your nearest base will be dispatched to attack the chosen land. The "Target Lands" and "Target Bases" buttons no longer exist. Since the new combat targeting system requires you to actually see what you're attacking and we know your visibility is fairly limited by default, there is a new page provided to assist with this process: "Tracked Players" (available in the side menu). Add players by name (similar to the Alliance page) or by tapping the "Track Player" button on the "Messages" page. Once you add any player (ally or enemy) you can view their lands within your base's reach. Ongoing battles are now displayed on "Earth View" using a red marker with an army icon on it. You can view progress in these battles by tapping on such markers directly (a shortcut for "My Lands" -> "Army Controls" -> "Defence Status"/"Combat Progress"). All bases now act as primary and remain invisible by default until you attack someone. It is no longer possible to destroy any base - only reduce it to level 1 (with 0 health/ level points).Until then, the level 1 base will remain invisible and be impossible to attack regardless of the war status, until it reaches level 2 again. It is no longer possible to destroy any land, only reduce it to level 1. Level 1 lands can be captured using your army: if all the defensive structures are destroyed and the defenders are slain, your army will take control of the level 1 land after the next attack wave. Attack buildings (Guard Tower, Missile Launcher, Nuclear Silo) are now even more useful as they can help destroy walls and defences before your army reaches the targeted land and captures it. We’ve also reviewed the way players use their items and the most common strategy is not collecting individual resources by travelling to them, but staying on a base, accumulating a large number of items (e.g. magnets), activating them all at once and then collecting without leaving the comfort of your home. This is against the core principle of "Domination: Earth", so now: It is no longer possible to activate more than 10 items. It is no longer possible to activate items while being present on a base. Being on a base allows creating new items and picking things up from the warehouse, but you won't be able to activate any items straight away. Additionally, capturing maximum level lands repeatedly (i.e. seeing the "Your land is at maximum possible level." without actually making any progress) should no longer generate additional resources on this land's territory. As always, please post if you have any questions or feedback!
  15. I need a bit of context here! What collection scenario are you referring to? Is it about the Tracking Satellite building or general collection using items?

It is possible to purchase the "Basic Source" subscription, receive 10 Unobtainium and immediately unsubscribe; it would be roughly £3.00 in total (the final price is managed by Google and varies per country, as everywhere has its own taxes beyond our control)! We can't really go below £3 as there's a really hefty transaction fee that Google apply to us, unfortunately.
  17. No problem, glad it's resolved! P.S. I wouldn't use any nukes just yet though; there's an update planned for tomorrow that will make them a lot more useful!
  18. That's absolutely correct! Except that the charge isn't expended if the magnet hasn't picked anything up (so no harm in trying ). Yup! There is no maximum, so as many magnets as you can carry can be activated at once. I wouldn't mix different non-magnet items though as this may make things look confusing: activating 10 Bullhorns and 1 Metal Detector will not allow you to collect money as if you've activated 11 Metal Detectors; only the personnel is affected by the large circle.
  19. Sorry, I should have mentioned that forum does have its own name database indeed! I've changed the name for you, but you can do it at any time in the future by going to "Account Settings" -> "Display Name" (menu in the upper right corner on the forum)!
  20. Again, all this will become fairly irrelevant soon as the combat targeting system changes completely in the next version. Keep an eye out for news!
  21. Don't worry, @Ruvox! First of all, it is unlikely that we'll be banning anyone in the near future as the latest version of anti-cheat is doing a pretty good job on its own (all of its blocks are temporary). The similar looking messages that you're experiencing aren't actually coming from anti-cheat; this message is also shared by a few other systems that throw it when there's simply no internet connection or the GPS signal is weak. We're very much aware of the GPS problems on certain devices (especially Android 5.0) and will never punish someone for experiencing that! But we don't want to make it too easy to tell when you're interacting with the anti-cheat system not to assist with bypassing it, so you may see the same message in multiple unrelated cases. Finally, evidence collected by the anti-cheat makes it very easy to distinguish when someone's being thrown around by a poor GPS chip and when it's a fake coordinate selected from a mock GPS app. We're still fine-tuning the anti-cheat to work better around plane flights (sometimes you may be blocked for a little while after a short flight, but with no permanent changes to your account); in these cases we do a manual review and can still tell when the person's travel was real. If we decide to actually ban someone you can rest assured that it will be a genuine cheater; we may not share the entire evidence trail, but will of course elaborate on how we've reached that decision.
  22. Ah! Thank you, Ruvox! I think we have a solution for both problems; I'll see if we can include it in the next release.
  23. Hi! No problem, it's done. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
  24. Thanks for your suggestions, @AntKeeper! Everything makes sense; most items you've mentioned are actually on our task list one way or another. However, I have to mention that certain things are outside our control: Earth View is a layer containing the native Google Maps app, so all the gestures required to move/tilt camera have been designed by Google: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/android-api/controls#tilt_gestures As you can see, we can disable them for our game, but we can't change them (and we don't want to disable the tilt as some people really like it). And I'm afraid we aren't big enough to build our own world map with our own controls (yet)! But I'll see what we can do about the other things you've mentioned. P.S. Until we build a language switch you can change the game's language by selecting a different language for your phone from "Settings". I know this is a global change, but if you don't mind changing the language back later it is one way to see the English translations.
  25. Hm, that's weird! I will investigate! But it's worth mentioning that on some devices the game uses shared volume setting between all media-enabled websites and videos (e.g. on YouTube when opened via browser); try checking if you can turn the volume down using the hardware buttons while viewing any video on YouTube; if you reduce the video volume to zero then Domination should become silent as well. It's not something we planned or designed, but just a hardware quirk on some mobile phones. In any case, I hope that helps!
